REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• The opening date for registration is february 1st 2024. 
• The closing date for registration (including fees payment) is July 10th 2024.

Registration fees

All registration fees are displayed including VAT:

Students/PhDs/Post-docs

• With accommodation (5 nights) €700

Academics

• With accommodation (5 nights) €900

Industrials

• With accommodation (5 nights) €1600

Registration fees cover participation in courses, full accomodation at hotel Gulf Stream or hotel Aux Tamaris, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks.

Please note that dinner on sunday 6th is not included, and may be taken in downtown (many crepe restaurant are located nearby).

Registration procedure

Registrations are managed exclusively online, either by credit card or bank transfer. There is no pre-registration. Registration will only take effect once payment has been made.
